Vorpy

Vorpy is a 3D Voronoi diagram-generating program developed for performing geometric analysis of biological molecules whose atoms are represented by spheres.

Georgia State University - Chemistry Department | Atlanta, GA | Aug 2021 – Present

Designed and developed VorPy, a software tool for spatial analysis of atomic ensembles using weighted Voronoi diagrams.

Conducted NMR and molecular dynamics (MD) data analysis in Unix/Linux environments.

Co-authored two upcoming publications on spatial decomposition in statistical and molecular systems.
