Designed and developed VorPy, a software tool for spatial analysis of atomic ensembles using weighted Voronoi diagrams.
Conducted NMR and molecular dynamics (MD) data analysis in Unix/Linux environments.
Co-authored two upcoming publications on spatial decomposition in statistical and molecular systems.
